We have possesssion!
After a generous extension from the seller, we were able to secure the 4-plex with financing. We now have possession of the 4-plex! We hope to purchase the house outright at the end of one year. Capital fundraising still underway. We still need to raise approximately $450,000. See our donate page or contact us directly to make a donation.

Auction items needed
We are proud to be chosen for a second year as one of the charities benefiting from the Laugh for Life Gala on November 7, 2008.
